Note: For best energy flow, remove all (metallic) jewelry before performing Mudras.
Mudras generally should be performed sitting relaxed, facing east, either on the ground/floor or in a chair, with spine erect and hands resting on individual knees. When sitting on floor, cross legs, with right leg in front of left leg, right foot under left knee, and left foot under right knee.
Performing Mudras for at least 10 minutes, once in the morning after sunrise, and once in the evening after sunset helps give maximum benefit.
