Camille's Pumpkin Spice Cookies
Camille (my daughter) made this recipe this week and took them into the office. Nobody could get enough of them!
As usual CHARM-LIGHT chanted (or intended) while cooking turns it into a Masterpiece.
Cream Together:
1 lb butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
Add:
3 eggs
1 can pumpkin puree
Separately Combine:
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
2 tbsp pumpkin spice mix (ginger, clove, cinnamon)
Mix and then add to the wet ingredients.
Add flour if needed until dough is right consistency for drop cookies.
Spoon onto pans, sized per heart's desire.
Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until starting to brown.
